From the moment we checked in we got a warm welcome. The entire staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was neat and clean and spacious. The house keeping staff were very prompt in their service. Even in the restaurant we were served with hot food and got prompt service. We got very good treatment from the entire staff of the hotel.

All over good experience about hotel , staff, food, cleanliness, service etc

loving place to spend time due to its quiet location and super friendly staff.

I booked to stay for 5 days at the Hotel Kapil. My room was simply stunning. No other way to put it. The bed was so comfortable and warm, the room and the bathroom were spotless. The view from my window was epic; an endless vista over the valley and far off mountains. The staff go out of their way to welcome you and make sure your every comfort is attended to. Room service food was delicious and served with a smile. Plenty of hot water available throughout my stay. Tea and coffee making...

Amazing property!!

Amazing views and room

I felt the staff were friendly and the property was really nice and comfortable. The only thing I felt a little problematic was the location . Its really difficult to get Ola or Uber during rush hours. Rest everything was upto the mark.

The Serenity around the resort and super peaceful area away from hustle bustle of city life!! The Sunrise was awesome, Very close to Nature and to top that quite helpful staff
