"Check-in was poor ... Only one person on the desk. We waited for over a half hour. The room was cold. Seems they must have flipped the system to summer and air conditioning and we tried to turn the heat up but to no avail. Lastly .. the shower pressure was too strong. I took a beating in there. Other than that all else was good. But considering the price I felt I didn't get our money's worth."

"Our stay was great, was able to check in a bit early thanks to front desks compassionate hospitality. Breakfast was a nice variety and quality but found the hot items not hot enough. Nice to have Nespresso in the room, too. Very clean and modern. Beautiful shower and products. Parking our truck was tricky, there are no hotel parking facilities so we ended up street parking nearby which worked out fine for the one night we stayed."
