Room was great, very clean, comfy bed. Customer service was lacking unfortunately. Check-in was slow but ok. The girl at the desk mentioned a new system being the cause of the delay. There were a few people waiting but only one person behind the desk. Checkout was actually terrible. We left early, ...

Bilderberg Parkhotel Rotterdam
Great location, lovely staff, delicious breakfast with great variety. You are in walking distance of restaurants , cafes, bars etc. Lovely spacious room and clean and modern. Decor around the hotel is classy and warming. Metro just few yards away and Rotterdam central station 15min walk.
