"Room was lovely with a balcony and loch view. Bathroom had been renovated recently and was nice and clean. Shower was nice. Couldn’t find how to turn off the radiator in the bathroom so it was a sauna in there. The bed was a nice firm mattress which was a nice surprise. Dinner was really good. I wanted to tip using the card machine but couldnt due to hotel rules and had no cash on me. Breakfast was fine. Didn’t use the pool etc. Would stay again."

"The staff was excellent! We rolled in at 8:45 and the restaurant closed at 9. The receptionist called the restaurant and asked them to get us a table ready. The restaurant staff was great! They did not mind that we came in so close to closing! "

When showed the manager the photos of the state of the room Was told the compact rooms are small that was not the issue it was the filth. I knew the room was going to be small. "A brief but very pleasant stay with our family at the Onich. We stayed in a little standalone corrage next to the hotel and it was very comfortable. The only downside was that the only bathroom was upstairs via the bedroom and the property was facing a main road so we had to be very cautious leaving it with our children. The staff were wonderful; very warm and friendly and the food was excellent. "
