"This historic hotel was clean and beautiful. The staff was very helpful. My only complaint is lack of amenities in the room and the bathroom was tiny! The attached restaurant was excellent and reasonably priced."

"Easy check-in. We had housekeeping come to our room once. The second time I wanted them to take the trash and sweep, they never came. So we had to put our trash in the hall way for them to take. The bathroom is small but the bedrooms are a good size. The view from the room was very nice! The crow’s nest is good food for lunch or something quick to eat. There is a lot of parking but the spots are tight and we have a small SUV. The rooms are clean but could be deep cleaned. The lazy rivers are not fast enough but nice. The pools are clean. The trip was overall good."

"Everything was pretty great about the staff and the rooms. The only issue we had was the noise level at night. We could hear noises from the rooms all around us, especially on the other side of the connecting door. The AC doesn't have a fan setting, so we couldn't use that for white noise, and the bathroom didn't have an exhaust fan. I would stay here again, but I would be sure to bring my own white noise."

"The first thing I noticed when I walked in was the beautiful fragrance. If they had that in a bottle I would have bought some! The staff was friendly and helpful. I was feeling a bit sick at my stomach from all the travel and they had some Tums for sale! Score! Comfortable bed, spotless room. I felt the price was reasonable, except for the parking garage across the street. Would stay again."

"Though the property is older, it is well maintained and clean. The rooms are easily accessed with door codes rather than cards that are easily lost or may malfunction. The beds are clean and comfortable. The rooms are well situated with a full view of the ocean. We enjoyed our stay and will be returning soon!"
