As we been requested by the hotel to preserve the environment by reusing the towel, the hotel staff should allows to use the towel rail whenever necessary."

"This hotel is an excellent choice for families. The rooms are spacious, the staff consistently polite, and the food quality is outstanding. The leisure facilities — including the swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi — are well maintained and very enjoyable. As a family travelling with an autistic 9‑year‑old, we found the environment exceptionally calming. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and the staff were extremely understanding, thoughtfully seating us in a quiet area to ensure a comfortable experience. We had a genuinely positive stay and would happily return."
