"We enjoyed a relaxing week at Niraamaya...all the staff (too many to name) ...Prasuna, Atul and Dr Aishwarya, Smita, Blessin, from the names I remember, all went out of their way to assist us with our requests and always with a smile. I especially enjoyed the nasal massage to clear up the sinuses. Our grandson loved being in the pool and the whole family liked the high tea activities. The food was fresh and tasty. We even asked for recipes to try at home. "

"Unfortunately I had to cut short the holiday as the hotel is not what I was expecting. "Lovely location amongst lush green gardens. Staff were great, especially the restaurant team, who made us feel at home. Loved afternoon tea, watching the sunset at the lakeside. Trips from the hotel are pricey, but we walked to the bridge and jumped on boats to explore the lake and backwaters. "

"I had a wonderful stay at Vivanta Ernakulam. The staff were incredibly attentive and made me feel welcomed throughout my visit. The room was spacious, spotless, and very well maintained, which made for a comfortable stay. The food at both the restaurant and the bar was absolutely delicious, with great variety and quality. Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable experience!"

"The food was delicious and the staff was very accommodating. I had some problems with the room. Lights were complicated and the shower was tiny. The best part of this hotel was the staff in the Indian Restaurant. They were a delight. I’ll be back in Kochi and may not stay there again but I would go and eat there anytime. "
