"ULIV Hotels are unusual - they have minimal front desk service and no other amenities. (I have stayed at two so far.) For check in you provide info via a website and you receive a room code. The only front desk assistance at check-in is likely to be verifying your ID. If you want a full-service, or even any-service, hotel, this is not it. Even housekeeping is an upcharge.
That said: a very clean, spacious room, with a comfortable bed and a well-equipped kitchen. Our rooms were big and bright....
