"The breakfast was great. Waffles, eggs, coffee, juice excellent! I think it can be better by adding fresh fruit like bananas, melons ect but it was great and fulfilling. My stay was very relaxing, quiet and staff was very helpful, pool was very nice as well as gym. The only thing that I was wish was a little different … the beach, it was across the street but you have to walk always to cross over the four to five lane street to get to light for crossing. Other than that, excellent "

"The staff was great and the location is amazing. The food from the in-house restaurant was really good and decently priced for the convenience. The breakfast didn’t change from day to day but was made well and I enjoyed it every morning I was there. Your room is scheduled for a cleaning every other day. I only have 2 complaints. 1) you are hit with a $50 + tax resort fee when you arrive. I was told that was for parking and for being on the beach. I guess this is okay but I HATE surprise charges 2) the room tvs are not modern so you don’t have any streaming app options. Just basic cable and a lot of the common channels didn’t work (FX, TruTV, etc. ) that’s was kind of lame but I did get to binge watch SpongeBob so I’m not mad about that. I was told that you can bring your Roku or fire stick so do that if you want to stream. Anyways, Overall great stay and would recommend. I will stay again next time I’m in the area."

"Surprisingly average - with a few serious "low-lights". I sat for nearly 30 minutes waiting for a server to take a breakfast order yesterday. No water, no coffee, just waiting, while they walked around me. I had the worst pizza EVER at the bar - had to send it back. It was a mess of sodium and grease, no resemblance to pizza. The Peloton bike (main reason I stay in most hotels) wasn't either activated, nor connected to the internet - so wouldn't work. I won't be back."

"Great hotel located downtown close to all west Dallas for easy access to midtown. Breakfast is delicious and the supper is great too with wonderful room service. The staff is warm and welcoming. The room was nice and clean and made a cozy one day stay."
