"The first room we checked into was disgustingly dirty. After sharing this with the front desk we were moved to a cleaner room. I was told I’d be given extra points for the inconvenience and I was not given any. The hotel location is great even if not very clean."

There were complimentary drinks offered from 5–6 pm, which we unfortunately didn't get a chance to enjoy, but it was a thoughtful gesture.
