The lady at check-in was nice and helpful but the one at check out was not courteous at all. Everyone involved with the hotel operation were so friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend if you’re in the downtown Ottawa area, make it a point to stay here.

Ottawa Embassy Hotel
Loved the location. Also loved that it felt like a 1 bedroom apartment. I was able to buy groceries and make meals in the kitchen. I’d definitely stay again and recommend to friends.

Lord Elgin Hotel
Put us in a. Room right beside a room under renovations, how thought of the hotel. If it wasn’t the on going construction it was the street noise. Terrible place, looks like a strip club and/ or casino. Staff unhelpful and rude
