The food was delicious and the wait staff were so professional. The park next to the hotel was perfect for walking around and seeing the beautiful views. The hotel is older and dated but the surrounding area was well worth. It was just a short uber drive to San Francisco sites."

"I arrived and there was no parking available. As I was unwilling to park the car in a dark unknown place I left the hotel. Don’t stay. The front desk guy was unhelpful - basically you are out of luck if you show up and there is no parking. I booked the hotel specifically because it advertised secure parking. I should be refunded - the guy at the desk was just unhelpful. "

"fire alarm routinely gets pulled in middle of the night by homeless who can access it next door in the bank atm. happened to us at 1:30 am and had to get up and evacuate. stairwell was full of people at the second floor and below. if there was a fire we would’ve been stuck there. stay somewhere else until they fix this issue"
