"Mixed feelings about this place. Not all bad but not very good. Room was COLD asked many times for another heater they didnt have one. Asked maintenance to fix the heater in the room it was blowing cold air. He came pressed some buttons said its working then left. It was not working. There is no spa so they should removed that from the title. No bathrobes. Almost all tv channels didt come in and games room is in terrible condition with all doors open. From the moment we checked in we got a warm welcome. The entire staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was neat and clean and spacious. The house keeping staff were very prompt in their service. Even in the restaurant we were served with hot food and got prompt service. We got very good treatment from the entire staff of the hotel.

We just returned home from a 16 night stay in northern India. we stayed in this hotel 2 nights. The breakfast was one of the best, special shout out to the chef making omelettes, it was the best I had all trip!
The staff really made my parents feel special as they were celebrating their 50th anniversary.

I booked to stay for 5 days at the Hotel Kapil. My room was simply stunning. No other way to put it. The bed was so comfortable and warm, the room and the bathroom were spotless.
The view from my window was epic; an endless vista over the valley and far off mountains.
The staff go out of their way to welcome you and make sure your every comfort is attended to.
Room service food was delicious and served with a smile.
Plenty of hot water available throughout my stay. Tea and coffee making...
