"Beautiful property. Everything was fine. Really just stayed one night. Only thing that bothered me was that I booked a room with a King Size bed and ended up with two standard beds. Will probably book again to explore amenities."

"After checking in that evening I discovered that the elevator I was using was malfunctioning because it took me to a different floor from the floor I was supposed to get off. Later that evening, I tried to go downstairs and the elevator I was in, got stuck on a floor above mine, door wouldn't open , no movement-JUST FROZEN. After 8-10 minutee elevator started to move going downstairs and eventually I got off on the main floor. I complained to make staffer behind front desk."

"Strange entryway that is not self evident the first time you arrive; the lobby is on the second floor and you will not get there if you press the elevator button on the wrong side of the elevator. Unusual to have paid parking in a neighborhood like College Point. Staff was very nice, hotel was very clean and room well appointed. Breakfast was okay but cost more when I booked it on line vs paying à la carte. I don’t expect microwave eggs when I’m paying that much. "
