"I absolutely loved this property! From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. Every team member we encountered was friendly, helpful, and greeted us with a genuine smile. Their kindness and hospitality truly made our stay unforgettable. The property itself was beautiful, the location was perfect, and everything was exceptionally clean. We felt comfortable, safe, and right at home throughout our entire stay. I can’t wait to come back, and I will definitely be staying at this property again. Thank you to the amazing staff for making our trip so special!"

"We had an amazing stay at the Impiana Ubud. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by friendly staffs and refreshing welcome drink. Our villa was spacious and clean. We loved the pool and the outdoor shower. We absolutely loved the amenities especially the public pool with the stunning view of the river flowing through the valley. Thank you to all the staffs for making our stay memorible. We will definitely be back here again next time we visit Ubud."

"We absolutely loved our stay. The resort was luxurious and beautiful. The staff were amazing. We stayed in the rice terrace view private pool villa. The view and sunrise from tje room was fantastic. The private infinity pool is actually quite big. The resort also has a riverfront walk which is really pleasant and you can hear the noises of the jungle while you walk along it. The breakfast and Peking duck was fantastic. And all the food is halal. I would highly recommend."

"The best part of this property is by far the staff. They are so friendly and helpful. Arjawa the bellman explained everything i needed to know about the hotel and the amenities from what time breakfast to how many times they clean the rooms. Pebri, Agung and Komang who were my servers at Brasserie restaurant were amazing always smiling and making sure I was doing great. Sumi was the supervisor at Brasserie and always greated me with a smile and also went out of her to make sure I was well taken care of. At the Bamboo bar I was well taken care of by Putra the bartender there. Amazing drinks amazing service. And Wirta also made sure I was great bringing me towels and always greeting me by name. The food was great at Brasserie I ate there 3 times a day if that tells you anything. So if ever you are in Ubud and want a luxurious place to stay and great staff to treat you amazing I would highly recommend The Alaya Resort."

"This is a legacy property that had been remodeled. The only hotel in Bali that has more than 4 floors (Bali building code, can't exceed the height of the coconut tree, maximum 4 levels). Personally I love staying in this hotel because of proximity to my family ancestral home to come and visit during my vacation. It has prime location to anywhere you want to go in Bali. 10 mns walk to Bali port, half hour to airport if traffic is light. You can walk , bike or jog to any neighboring hotels, villas, Caffe, restaurant, spa, shops, the Icon Mall, and anything else you can think of. Its location has the best spot for glorious sunrise and tidepool activities for the kids and family to enjoy at certain periods of time. The rooms are larger in size comparing to any hotel, I do like the guests activities they are offering, yoga and tai chi classes to salute the sunrise on the hotel green lawn by the beach was such a glorious way to start your day. Stretching your body while enjoying the ocean breeze, the yoga instructors are so kind to make sure you can follow the movements ( it has 3 levels to choose from, from easy to hard, you can choose whichever that your body can follow). Free one hour bike riding to enjoy with the family followed by amazing breakfast spread at Arunika ( by the pool) or Rosso ( on mezzanine floor). The giant lap pool isn't so deep, but nice enough for swimming laps or just to play around. Most importantly the staff from front to back are so nice and helpful."
