"Great location just 7 minute walk from the station and not much more to Mall Road. Staff were very friendly and helpful especially the waiter in the kitchen. Safe in room actually worked (unlike some hotels I stayed at in India. Only minus was the very pushy receptionist who tried to force a 5 star review out of me before I left (she made me open Google Reviews and watched me typing - unfortunately for her I was all out of their allotted WiFi allowance (basically didn’t last a day and a half and I am not a heavy browser). So for that they lose a star."
