"We were warmly greeted upon arrival, and assisted in check in process by Sejal. We were explained clearly all included services and meals. Our bags were efficiently delivered to the room. Room was spacious, with amenities that we liked. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was very clean. Restaurant food was tasty and there were ample choices. We have stayed here before, and we keep returning!"

"The property is less than 10 mins drive from Terminal 3 of the IGI Airport. I had requested the hotel for the airport pickup and the service was excellent. The check-in was a breeze and the staff was super courteous. I was made to feel really special by Owais and he acknowledged the fact that we had young kids. He completed the check-in within 5 mins and my family was so happy with the treatment and the room. Everything else was fantastic. The customer service and the breakfast variety was much better than many other hotels I have experienced around the world."

"The hotel is well appointed with a reasonable gym and pool. There are two restaurants an upmarket Thai ( i didn't use ) and the main hotel restaurant which runs breakfast and supper buffets plus a 24 hour menu with Western and Indian dishes. The lobby has a coffee shop, which serves a great cup of tea and cake or makes a lemonade from sctarch. Finally there is a bar, which serves substantial snacks and has an outdoor terrace. I experienced excellent service across the board, particularly from the Tease team of Nikil, Simanpreet, Kapil and Shiv Pandey who looked after me (as a lone traveller), introduced me to others or just talked cricket. "Ate food at the Thai restaurant and the Pad Kha soup was expensive and unappetizing. It was full of lemon grass stalks and galagan root. I got both in every bite. When I pointed it out, they said this is how it is supposed to be. I’ve had the soup many times before at various places but never this bad. At the end of my not so good meal, they wouldn’t let me charge it to my room. They had to send someone with me to my room to collect the payment. Since when did this rule start?"
