"高速鉄道や地下鉄利用にとても良い位置にあり、飲食店やショッピングもたくさんあります。
各観光名所にも近いので活動拠点としては最高ですが、スタッフのほとんどが英語ができません。
当然日本語は全く通じません。
部屋はシャワーのみで、全体的に古さを感じます。
価格は非常に安く二人で一泊２７００円ほどでした。
以上の条件で問題ない方にはお勧めです。"

There's really not much to be said: absolute perfection, everything.
The service was fantastic - we lost one bag in a train station and they got it back for us - so thank you to the fantastic concierge and bellboy team who saved our holiday!
We stayed in the Suite, beautiful room, some of the best restaurants in the town actually inside the hotel, 100% great and recommended!

One of the disadvantage is that we have arrived at the hotel at 14:30 (after the check in time it stated), but we have been waited for over an hour to be allocated to a room. The reason was that numbers of customers have checked out lately and eventually the rooms were unavailable when we arrived. In addition, we went to the pool in the morning, we have found a number of kids were not behaving in the public area such as pouring drinks in...

Great hotel but in a bad location due to the metro line works right outside the entrance. The building works went on all night and although it wasn't intrusive inside the hotel the traffic restriction and dust was noticable. Apart from that, great staff and a well kept hotel with good refreshment services. The metro stop will be another bonus once completed.
