"Excellent place to stay. Property clean and functional. Loved the pools and hot tub. Breakfast was very good. Elevator is quite loud and it produced a buzzing noise in the room all morning even though we were 2 rooms away. Be sure to stay in a higher number room, ending in at least 14 to be away from the noise."

"We stayed here based on previous good reviews, however they must have stayed somewhere else. The room was dirty- we had to remove spiders, flys and bugs daily; there were dirty clothes left from previous occupants between the mattress and the wall; and the carpet was nasty. The WiFi was slow and intermittent in the room, but worked well from two blocks away. Loud trash pick up or construction started before 7am every morning. There was an overwhelming smell of pot, but that’s an issue most places you stay. The breakfast and coffee were great and the pool looked nice. Also, we paid for an upgraded room but were informed when we got there they did not save one for us, however they would not refund the upgrade fee, and told us to contact Hotels.com. We did, but Hotels.com was less than helpful and we had to eat the extra cost. Will not use them again for a long, long time, if ever and we will never stay at an Econolodge again. You get what you pay for, however this place is not worth the cost. "

"The king with the bunkbed was big enough to sit at least six since it had a couch that was a fold out as well. Also had microwave, fridge, coffee maker, beautiful patio view of the mountains and within walking distances of most things, fresh breakfast every morning. Staff were so sweet and helpful. At first we noticed there was some damaged to the building due to a high truck hitting it going under and limited spots on ground level and found parking in the “basement” which was our go to place, not very many parked there. I would stay here again if we visit Pigeon Forge. "

"Overall the property is great! Vast space, incredible amenities, and even daily scheduled activities for kids! Buuuuut most of the staff was highly disappointing- beginning at check in. I had completed early check in online and was met by a very rude woman at the counter snapping at me for trying to recheck in- I didn’t realize they had a small table off to the side to pick up my keys from. After getting my welcome packet she told me to go back to the front desk to ensure my room was ready and she snapped another snarky response at me. Move onto to room. It’s as good as it needed to be. Nothing over the top but more than efficient. We attempted a craft. Made it there 10 minutes from the end to be met by two ladies- sitting and chatting with one another and we were told we were too late and could only take the craft back to our room to complete independently. Days later similarly we attempted to do a tie die back pack activity, which cost an additional fee and were told we were too late and could no longer participate. Another day we came to do a craft and my four boys were asked to move from the seats they selected bc that table was “for display only” yet moments later another family arrived and sat with no issue, despite there still being several other tables to have been redirected towards as we had been. We also did gem mining during our stay- and additional $30 for a bag of dirt and when I asked for separate baggies for my four boys I was told no. Also gym was pathetic."

"Been here more than once. Not fancy but clean and a nice atmosphere. Breakfast is nice with selections . Staff are friendly and helpful. The summer in coming so I’m sure outside appearance will be painted or pressure washed. We will stay here again for sure"
