"Room was kept very neat and clean. There were not enough cloth hangers and no dresser to store clothes as we stayed longer. We had to leave them in our suitcases. The staff were very courteous and hospitable. The restaurant staff were very caring and the variety of food was amazing. Didn’t make use of all the amenities. We felt good that we stayed in a hotel that was central for shopping, airport and other destinations."

"The room itself was good, but noisy day and night and do not disturb signs (2) on door meant nothing to staff. There is a bar on the ground floor and part of the hotel is being remodeled. We were woken up each morning by a phone call reminding us that breakfast was at the same time, in the same place, every day. There is no fireplace, which is in the description. "It was a hassle free stay with friendly service."

"this has been rated and advertised as a four-star hotel but it is not. It is hardly a two star there is nobody at the lobby. After hours There is a cleaner/ receptionist Nepali guy who hardly speaks any English caveat emptor. No tissue paper in toilet , the room is smelly and outdated , did not feel safe "
