"Mandarin Oriental is rarely below superb. The rooms are exquisite. The service staff is phenomenal. Amenities are on spot. Just one dissapointment is that having given us an upgrade to a higher floor they didn't include the Club. It was a menial thing that the reception staff could have handled better. Or at least include the Petronas view. It was barely an upgrade. Completely different from The Prestige in Penang; they went all in but it is the Marriott experience. "

The room was spotless and super comfortable, and the view was absolutely beautiful—exactly what I was hoping for. The owner and staff were amazing; their customer service was honestly some of the best I’ve ever had. They were kind, fast to respond, and always willing to help with anything. Housekeeping was also really quick and efficient. My room was cleaned so fast each day and always looked perfect when I returned. For the price, the value is unbeatable. Overall, I loved my stay and would 100% come back. Highly recommend Scarletz Suites KLCC by M SUITES to anyone visiting KL!"
