We had an issue with our reservation that we booked through Expedia, but the staff was super friendly and worked hard to resolve our issue. The rooms and the property were clean. The bed was comfortable, and I felt safe on this property.

The air conditioning in the lobby didn't work. I had to wait a few minutes for the desk clerk to arrive. The main lobby ice machine was broken. Only inconvenient is that checked in a day before and the day that I arrived my credit card was declined when I know that I have enogth credit was very unhappy situation but staff was phenomenal
