"The Old Coach House is absolutely excellent. Our room was spacious, had everything we could want and all of a very high quality. It was warm, comfy and looked great too, with huge original wooden beams, large luxurious armchairs and tasteful decor. The breakfasts were super too; lots of choice and tasty fresh fruit like berries or pineapple and choice of juices. Home made granola pots featured if you wanted a luxury treat. Cooked choices were tasty and very nicely served. Tea and coffee and toast in plentiful supply. Very convenient for Ripon but lots of countryside all around with local walks. Maps and walking routes to borrow in the reception which was where you could top up hot drinks and other snacks. A very lovely place to stay and I heartily recommend it to help make your travels or break a big success. "
