Great place! Lovely room, food and people.

Had a lovely stay here. Room was smart, very clean and although it was above a pub was really quiet. The food was exceptional, great twist on the parmo dish and amazing home made chips, and such great value!

A nice quiet overnight stay

I found the facilities fine and my room was exceptionally clean and comfortable with more than enough tea, coffee etc., available. The meal I had was good and well presented. It's well situated in the middle of the square with plenty of parking though you are on a time limit but parking is available at the rear of the hotel next door and is available for you to use if you wish it. There is also a quiet beer garden at the back.

We were in Bedale for a family party and were very comfortable at the Green Dragon: friendly welcome, clean and contemporary room, comfortable bed, decent shower. Couldn’t ask for more.
