The resort has everything and and a nice sunset. Everything is fine. Just the English standard of the staff need to improve for non Japanese tourists. One of the staff Ami , was the only one speak English and could help us.

The final stop on our tour of Japan we wanted luxury and the hotel delivered. Staff were very friendly and eager to help, and the hotel has good facilities, and even includes a convenience store for cheap snacks, though food in the bar was good and reasonably priced if you wanted a quick bite. They seemed to have evening performances on of different music which seemed a nice touch, and you can have a drink looking out to see at Iriomote as the sun sets. Room was very big and comfortable, great...

One of the greatest hotels we've ever stayed at. We cannot wait to return. I recommend people stay in the Coral Wing and/or in an upgraded room-- these rooms are beautiful and designed incredibly intelligently. Separate sink and make up area outside of the bathroom so great for people who are grooming themselves whilst the bathroom is in use by a travel partner. Gorgeous lighting design, huge TV, wonderful views, terrific swimming pool which is actually open AT NIGHT too! There's a beach you can...

Best hospitality in Japan! Breakfast was amazing

Well maintained comfortable hotel. To maintain independence it is good to have a rental car. The shop next to the reception is an advantage. Breakfast is good and varied, more geared towards Japanese visitors.

Room was amazing! Facilities were great! We coupled our stay with scuba diving with Prime Scuba (great dive shop!!), which, coupled with the stay at this incredible hotel made the trip an unforgettable one!

The whole resort is absolutely stunning - the food, the staff, the views, the beach, the activities - all perfect. Such an idyllic location - also so much fun having your own golf cart for the entire stay. We cannot thank the resort enough for such an incredible time here.

I really enjoyed my stay here! Simple and peaceful, with a short walk to Fusaki beach and the ability to use the resort amenities at a price. Staff are very helpful and friendly. I loved stargazing on the porch. Breakfast was ok but the portions were tiny, it would also be nice to have a little more variety. The only real downside was that the bedroom walls were super thin so I could hear everything from next door.

My husband and I had an absolutu fantastic stay here for 3 nights - it's the perfect base to explore the island while being located close to Ishigaki centre for great food options and amenities. The swimming pool was a fantastic length to do laps in, and the buffet breakfast was delicious with lots of western and Asian options. Our room was spotless with a beautiful view over the ocean. We will definitely be coming back to stay again!

A lovely eco friendly hotel in a nice location close to shops, within walking distance. There is parking available, laundry room, free filtered water and herbal teas and coffee. Breakfast is basic but freshly made each morning, healthy and traditional. There is free alcohol and mixers in the evenings. Pedal bikes available to hire. The staff were excellent, polite and caring.

This is a lovely hotel, the staff were kind and welcoming. The amenaties were generous and a nice breakfast. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Great breakfast & friendly staff

Lovely clean hotel that was at a perfect location, close to Ferry and great restaurants. Would stay here again next time I'm in Ishigaki

Wonderful staff, clean room and communal areas. Only downside is you can hear every little movement, phone alarm and suitcase zip but other than that it was a great stay.
