"Taka San was incredibly welcoming and friendly. The room was super traditional and very spacious and there was a lot of space in the house for group dining a nice garage space to hang out as well. "This was the accommodation we looked most forward to on our Japan trip, and it did not disappoint. It was very beautiful and cozy. Well renovated old traditional house. Spacious living room downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs. There is all you need to cook and wash. We ordered half pension, which is highly recommended. Great local food. The breakfast you cook yourself after a easy to follow instruction. I would love to come back for more than pone night. "

"周囲に食事出来る施設がほとんどないのに、食事の提供がない。自転車で琵琶湖一周していたが、朝食が出ないのでおにぎりを買うために自転車往復6.6km走らざるをえなかった。また自転車で近くの気軽に夕食が食べれる所は１軒しかない。更に普通の宿ならあると思っていたタオルや浴衣の提供がないのも驚いた。"

"The room was not what I expected from this chain of hotels. The room was larger than expected. Fortunately I had the non-smoking floor. I had another room room on the smoking floor and it was a pretty strong odor. Just be careful of what you're booking when making your reservations. It was also within walking distance from many restaurants and provided ample parking."
