"ドッグランもあり綺麗な宿泊施設でした。オーナーさんへ伝えたい事も何点かあります。壁には色々とルールが貼ってあるのですが、台所の食器等は使用した場合には洗って下さいと記載がありました。洗った食器を置く台や布巾は無かったので、食器を洗ってから濡れたままコンロの上へ全て置きました。あとキッチンではサランラップは常備品としてあっても良いのではないでしょうか？また犬同伴可能な施設であるのにフローリングがツルツルで犬が何度も転けそうになっていました。ルールが厳しいのは良いですが、その分内容を充実させた方が良いと思います。"

"Location is hard to beat with walking distance to Nijo Castle & Kyotogyoen, sun=bway staion, 7-Elevens, Sukiya; free shuttle to Arashiyama and Kinkuji is truly icing on the cake. Great selection at breakfast with Japanese and Western-style cuisine. Rooms are on the small side but par the course with other Japanese hotels. Bathroom is really nice and sparkling clean with shower and Japanese soaking tub."

"The rooms were large like an American hotel. Actually very convenient to the train station Kokusaikaikan. The station has like its own exit to the entrance of the hotel grounds. The room we were in had a shower room as well as a bath tub. The beds were soft and large. The staff are very nice."

"The location was great because it was a short walk to the Chionin Temple (just turn left on Jingu-Michi) and the old quarters of Kyoto, but it was quiet and felt out of the most congested areas. We loved walking around at night. Breakfast was delicious. Umbrellas were provided on rainy days, room amenities were useful! Thank you!"

"We spent about 7 days here. What we loved: the customer service from the Front Desk to the daily tidying from housekeeping was phenomenal, also the kind cafe attendants- lovely folks. We soooo appreciated the unlimited ice and water machine, and hands down, the best soft drink fountain we’ve ever had at an establishment that wasn’t a restaurant. We definitely will miss that. We loved the convenience of the location, literally within walking distance of bus stops, subway stops, and convenience stores. A couple of things: both my husband and I by night 4 started experiencing really unpleasant sleep, and could deduce it may have been the mattresses. There was a 2nd evening when we could hear the volume of our neighboring visitor and their music from their tele, when I called the Front Desk, he instructed me call them directly, to which I had to tell him he needed to handle the noise complaint. Also disappointed because I found out from my third party rewards/booking site that we were supposed to be offered a complimentary upgrade, which this wasn’t even mentioned at all during check in. Instead what was mentioned that I had requested for the lowest level available (weird because I couldn’t even complete their pre-check in process to request this and specifically messaged this establishment to inform them that I couldn’t complete their pre-check in process). Probably wouldn’t stay here again or recommend this hotel to family/friends."
