"Hotel was a great location, very close to sensoji temple, tokyo sky tree, sumida river. Convenience stores were really close too, which i enjoyed. The hotel was very clean and maintained and the staff was very kind and ensured that my stay was no less than amazing. Staff spoke very good English(My Japanese is very elementary level), so I was grateful to communicate. My father and I enjoyed our stay here. It was his first time in Japan so, I am grateful for the staff for taking care of our stay."

We were truly amazed at the size of the room, by Japanese hotel standards it was massive! The room amenities were very welcome, especially the washer\dryer and the fully equipped kitchen was a welcome surprise. The staff are very welcoming and friendly and will help you in any way possible to make your stay enjoyable, we will definitely be staying there again on our subsequent trips to Tokyo. 👏👏👏👏👏

Staff were incredibly helpful and polite. Many amenities available for all guests. Secure access to the lifts to rooms. Ice cold water available on the floor of the rooms which was a huge bonus. English was available in every way we needed it available. Cleaning was scheduled using your TV which enabled you to request no cleaning/ eco cleaning and a full clean of your room, all of which could be requested up to 9am the same day, which is a fantastic service. Great accommodation based in the heart of the older part of Tokyo, a few minutes walk away from Senso-ji temple (well worth a visit). Markets close by, but they shut early so no noise in the evenings. Lots of lovely restaurants nearby including those open until late.
