"Hotel was clean, staff were friendly. Only bad experience was the no valet parking. Had to pay 60$ to park my car and walk couple blocks with my luggage ."

"Stayed here when visiting NOLA to go to the Saenger theatre. Self Parking was easy with a lot right in front. Definitely walkable to everything in the French Quarter"

"Rooms are old and dirty. The first room they put us in had lights that didn’t work and the toilet was running. Old elevator that barely held 4 people - looked like a service elevator. No phones in the room, thin cheap ragged towels. Pool & hot tub decimated for construction. Overall, it’s a creepy place. "

"The Expedia listing for this property clearly states Continental breakfast. No one said a word at check-in the next morning the story was oh, we quit that along time ago. Either Expedia doesn’t have it right or I suspect this property doesn’t have it right."

"First of all Caleb the doorman is amazing!! My family love him!! Such a fun guy!! Tell him the King was pleased with him!! The only negative is the buskers with the buckets outside. Very annoying. I know you can't do anything about it but it will prevent us from coming back. We wanted to listen to the music from the square across the street but couldn't because of the annoying bucket buskers. If you're ever able to fix that issue we will be back!!"
