"Loved this property. Very attentive, happy, friendly staff. The layout and construction of the property itself is very lush and beautiful. Very comfortable. During our first night, we had a leak from the ceiling in our room due to heavy rains and the next morning, we were quickly relocated and comped breakfast for the weekend for our inconvenience. We appreciated the professional and quick response to the situation. We had a very good meal of beet salad and zucchini pasta with chicken for dinner. craft cocktails at beach bar were excellent. The sunset champagne and morning coffee/tea bar with banana bread were nice touches. Breakfast meals were well-prepared and delicious. A few suggestions for minor improvements: *A trashcan with a lid in the bathroom due to environmental concerns with toilet paper. *A small fan in the bathroom to help with ventilation since the air-conditioning unit did not blow into the bathroom. *A hot tub or slightly heated pool for evenings and rainy days. *No smoking, indoor or out, on the entire property would be nice. *Asking guests not to blast their personal music from personal speakers in outside shared areas. *There’s no seating in the junior beachfront suite. *A small chair or small setee would be helpful. *Playing the peaceful music that is in the restaurant throughout the whole property."

"Still amazing! Great updates and superb food! It had been a few years since our last stay at Hotel Mayan Princess, and we couldn't be happier with our return. The recent renovations look fantastic, and the entire property is extremely well-maintained and beautiful. A special thanks to the staff (particularly Jenn) for being so warm and helpful throughout our stay. To top it all off, the food was spectacular, just as I remembered! Can't wait to visit again."

"Great stay, we're not divers but loved the location. Staff was helpful booking excursions for us at Anthony's Key for dolphins, glass bottom boat tour and more. Quaint little beach access away from the strip of hotels but within a 3-4 min walk of the main beach area as well. Airport shuttle back and forth was great and prompt. All in all great stay!"

"The staff was very friendly and helpful with our last-minute check-in. They communicated quickly via WhatsApp to coordinate shuttle services and provided a welcome drink ticket and free breakfast. The room was very nice, and the amenities suited our needs well. The only downside was that the bed had a little sand on it and a hair on the pillow before we got into it. It is understandable, being near a beach, but I took off one star for cleanliness because of that. Otherwise, the pool was gorgeous, with easy access to the ocean, the pier, and several other resorts, restaurants, and the market. I would stay here again!"

"Our family of three spent a week at Sea Vue in the PH1 penthouse, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish! From the moment we arrived, Rosa and her team welcomed us with genuine warmth and hospitality. Although we don’t speak Spanish, the language barrier never stopped the staff from making us feel welcome and cared for. Everyone was friendly, patient, and went above and beyond to help us. HINT: A translator app made communication easier. The property was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Our room was comfortable, the pool and jacuzzi were spotless, and any issues were addressed promptly. Visiting in September during the off-season was wonderful—we practically had the place to ourselves! The hill to the property is very steep and definitely a workout, but even with my health limitations, I was able to manage it, and the experience was absolutely worth it. Everything is within walking distance of 10 minutes or less (the beach, restaurants, water taxis, etc.). What touched us most was the kindness of the staff. When you treat people with care and respect, they truly go above and beyond. Our housekeeping family even left sweet, thoughtful gifts in our room that we treasured. Sea Vue is more than a beautiful place to stay—the people make it special. We highly recommend it and cannot wait to return! ❤️"
