"We had a great time at Naboo. Our room was very clean, so were the pool and dining areas. Staff was wonderful and we enjoyed a snorkeling trip with the resort. "
"We needed a quiet place to refresh. This hotel was excellent. They went above and beyond to wait on us. I have never felt so taken care of, truly amazing property. "
"The hotel has an amazing selection of food (tasty, perfectly presented and crafted), drinks (quality on every sip), and a service to match it all. The rooms were detailed to match the Caribbean chill vibe with a great taste in artwork.
I have to point out again the AMAZING service, the staff makes the stay that much enjoyable with a service that is second to none."

Mayan Princess Beach & Dive Resort - All Inclusive
10/10 Excellent
"Everything in the hotel is great except for Brittny or brinny don’t know her name well. She makes the hotel experience terrible. She is not even nice or friendly.
Other than that, amazing stay. But I would doubt staying again if I have to be greeted by her in front desk . "
"The staff was truly superb, they went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. They were always attentive to my needs. They all knew and called me by name. They really make you feel welcome. I look forward to staying here again. I can’t stress enough how great this trip was as a solo traveler because of the staff at Naboo. "
"This is wonderful for what it is, a rustic beach stay.
Pros:
The location is amazing.
The staff were amazing!
Loved to secluded feel and enjoyed the hammocks and watching the humming birds.
Walk to everything in just a few minutes.
What it is not:
This is not a resort with luxury linens and a polished feel. Think of your great uncles old and comfy summer cabin, the sink maybe chipped, there’s no tvs and it’s just basic accommodations.
With all that we loved it! My teen boys said they would stay there over a posh resort any day and I agree.

"Private beach, great staff, excellent food!
This is my 4th time to Roatan, West Bay is just gorgeous and you can snorkel right off the beach. Taking a drive around the island with someone who lives there is an experience you don't want to miss, I've done it on two trips.
Winson is the best guide for a private car tour of the island, and you can find him working at Las Rocas Resort and Dive Center in the onsite restaurant, Trattoria Da Puerto--a great place to stay, and the food is excellent. Ask him if he can take you to the Garifuna village in Punta Gorda, and he'll show interesting spots along the way. There is so much kindness in the local people, fascinating history and great food there at the village. The bonuses are the stops along the way and an amazing ocean view from most of the restaurants in the village. There are handcrafted items to buy that are one-of-a-kind, not mass-produced tourist junk. This is a MUST DO if you want to fully experience Roatan.
The people at the Resort are great, the turquoise water is warm but refreshing, and the white sand beaches are incredible and easy to walk on barefoot. The sunsets are so gorgeous, and to me, it is the perfect place for a great beach vacation. Great diving and snorkeling!
Just a three hour flight from some U.S. cities, like Dallas and Miami. The Resort offers a free shuttle to and from the airport, we each tipped $10 each way, try to always tip in cash. Use bug spray for sand fleas and mosquitoes!"
"I loved the location of this property! The buildings themselves have so much potential. The insides are very outdated and run down. The coffee maker was burnt and stuck to the warming plate and the sheets had drains. BUT you can’t beat the location and super friendly staff. The pool was super clean and warm with a nice outdoor shower. I would definitely come back here if they lowered the price for current condition of the buildings. And I would bring my own sheets. You can’t beat the location right on the beach and it’s far enough away from the party zones so it’s quiet. The guards they have there are really good as well. "
