"Great value for the room price. Excellent location. Clean, although my room had a damp smell. Staff present for a smooth check in. Disappointed no staff were present the two times I stopped in the morning. Breakfast area is clean and inviting. However, the food was subpar. Fruit was not fresh and the coffee lukewarm. I will stay at this property again and trust my experience wasn’t typical."

"This place was a mess. Walls were super thin. Could hear everything and everyone around us. The bathtub was stained and/or dirty. Went to the pool area where there was a ceiling tile out and laying on a table. Next we went to the hot tub which had very cloudy water, no jets working and s huge whole open in side of wall. Beds were very soft, towels had a yellow tinge. All the time we were there a big cart full of tools was in the hallway. This place is not worth your time AND Expedia charged us $24 over the actual rate at hotel!!!!!!!"

"Room did not smell good. The fire alarm went on when I was sleeping. The breakfast was not at Hilton Standards. The receptionist charged me twice by mistake."

"Cleanliness of the room was qiedtionable. The shower neefed more attention. The coffee filter from the last guest was still in the pot. In 2026 I expect complementry shower gel but they only provided bar soap. The breafast was not good and the coffee was horrible. It does look like updates have been made and the overall property was clean."

"There was nothing about the property that really made me like it. However, it wasn't the cleanest. The bathroom floor had something on it. The bathtub kept filling up while we took showers. Which tells me the drain wasn't working well. The young lady at the front desk was made aware. She said there was nothing she could do about it. They were understaffed. I would not book here again."

One of the staff members stated he may not be able to change us to another room due to the number of guests they had; however Ms Gabby stepped in and changed us to the room we paid for. She was so helpful and greeted us with a smile and friendly word every time she saw us."

Made it there with my wife tired after a long drive ready to lay down just to find out that the property had cancelled my reservation stating they were overbooked and simply waiting for me to arrive to let me know instead of calling me in advance to alert me. Now I have hundreds of dollars hung up because of this and I’m being told that it will take 7-10 business days for the refund to be fully processed and back to me. Not to mention I had to obtain a hotel at another location so it’s a double whammy"
