"Loved the hotel and our room nice and spacious. Garage parking definitely worth it. The only issue for us was breakfast. We stayed 4 days 3 nights and out of all those nights we were only able to eat one full breakfast provided (which by the way wonderful selection of choices) as soon as we got to breakfast people were loading their plates with bacon and eggs and gravy as soon as the staff would put more many would rush to go back for seconds. I understand this is not the hotels fault but it would be nice if it could possibly be monitored. Especially since we were there for our child’s choir conference and many of our kids had no breakfast before they had to be at their early morning rehearsal at the convention center "

"Sheets were not changed after the last persons stay. Blood on sheets dirty underwear tucked under the sheets. Clean better"

"We had a nice time staying here, easy to Uber to Beale street. The hotel staff were great. Great service at the bar/restaurant. The valet parking was very easy and we could see our vehicle from the lobby. The old elevator was really cool, however; we did get stuck for a brief moment as the doors did not open (just one time) . Across from the event center so that was very convenient since we were there for work."

"FIRST The Hotel support staff was amazing and very pleasant to work with! The Room - I had to change the linens on my bed due to particles of food between the flat sheet and fitted sheet. The mattress pad had a LARGE stain on the side of it. The other bed had a small piece of skin with blood and a hair attached and a separate pubic hair. The first room that I was put in had been smoked in and there was an air purifier actively running and plugged in to the desk in the room, the smell was not getting better. I am still waiting for my refund from Expedia. Originally Expedia sent to a personal gmail account for the refund. Then the wrong card was used for the refund (not even sure who's card it is). I have had to be on the phone with Expedia and the Hotel manager numerous times! The manager has been great and patient while we both try to get Expedia to work through this."
