"When I was checking in the front decks computer kept feeezing during payment. I wasn’t able to use the credit card that I wanted and ended up using a debit card. I had my disabled Mother with me and I needed a cart for my luggage. The employee acted like it was gonna be a huge inconvenience to go find one an another floor so I had to do without. After getting up to the room, my mom sat in the recliner( which is the reason why I stayed there) and the chair wouldn’t work and I had to dump her out...

"The room did not seem like it was totally clean. The carpet was stained. There was no way to take a bath because there was no stopper in the bathtub or bathroom sink."
