Hyatt Place Memphis/Germantown
Check-in was a breeze. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious. I loved the closeness to the elevator and ice machine. The breakfast was fresh and hot. I wish there was turkey sausage because I only saw ham.

My staff here was wonderful. I love the location of this hotel as it is in a safe neighborhood & convenient for shopping and eating. Hu. Hotel
The room was excellent, and the staff was very courteous. I was impressed that the shower was built for tall people. That's a rare find. Nice rooftop view. I had a problem with the faucet handle on the tub, and it was fixed within 10 minutes of calling the front desk.
