Comfort Inn & Suites Memphis Germantown
We stay in this hotel frequently for medical purposes. Due to medical necessity I require a bathtub. I request a bathtub, yet have to speak to staff every single visit to get the correct room. This is absolutely ridiculous and should not need to be addressed every time.

Horrible. Made it there with my wife tired after a long drive ready to lay down just to find out that the property had cancelled my reservation stating they were overbooked and simply waiting for me to arrive to let me know instead of calling me in advance to alert me. Now I have hundreds of dollars ...
