"Sometimes you stay at a hotel for the design. Sometimes you stay at a hotel for the staff. I will stay here again for both. Literally would have missed my flight had they not been so caring. Everyone is extremely nice and helpful. Whenever i am in Budapest i will stay here. Thank you to everyone there. I had a better experience here than at a lot of 5* hotels. My only complaint, which is admittedly petty, i didn’t like the Caesar salad. However, the chicken and grilled vegetables were one of the top dishes I’ve ever had. "
