"I had a truly wonderful stay at Eurostars Palazzo Zichy Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful—especially the front desk team. During my recent visit, I unfortunately left behind a very essential medical device (my CPAP machine). The staff went above and beyond to locate it quickly and arrange timely shipping back to me. I am deeply grateful and would like to extend special kudos to everyone involved in assisting me—your kindness and efficiency meant so much. The breakfast buffet was superb, with a great selection and equally warm, attentive service. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making my stay even more enjoyable. The location is excellent—centrally located with easy access to metro and bus transportation. It’s also surrounded by wonderful restaurants, cafés, and a beautiful church, which made exploring the area very convenient and enjoyable. As for areas of improvement, I honestly have none to suggest. Everything about my stay was exceptional. Thank you again for such outstanding service. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to others."

"The hotel is amazing, and considering the price (at least when I visited), its a must-visit. It's historical, it offers a beautiful traditional SPA and swimming pool "dug" inside the ground. The breakfast if luxurious and the staff is excellent."

"The only complaint is that the shower drain was slow, and it never improved even after we advised. Otherwise, the location is good, next to Metro, tram stops, and the hotel is put together nicely. Breakfast has something for everyone, including a well-needed pair of coffee, cappuccino, latte grinding and brewing machines. Staff was professional and courteous. We would have no problem staying again."

"Clean rooms. Just be careful. They will send you an automated email stating you owe additional money for accommodations you never requested. Ask for an itemized invoice showing exactly what these “alleged accommodations” are. "

No nos quisieron cambiar de habitación argumentando que no tenían más habitaciones. Consideró sus respuestas y su falta de acción inaceptables.¡ No regresaron a esta hotel!"
