"Everything is beautiful & staff are great at hotel. The only criticism I can make is that the food at breakfast was cold unless you order a omelette. I ended up having a continental breakfast most mornings because of this. Would definitely recommend "

"Nice centrally located hotel with great connection to the airport and close to lots of great restaurants, bars and tourist attractions and attractively priced. Check-in was swift and the staff were really friendly. My biggest complaint is not really the fault of the hotel but due to its very central location I found it VERY noisy. It’s situated right on the main road which never seemed to be quiet day or night and I was frequently woken by sirens at all hours. Thankfully some ear plugs were provided which definitely helped but I didn’t have a particularly great nights sleep for the 3 nights I was staying there. I also was unfortunate in that the adjustable blinds did not fully close on one side so small slits let in light and due to the absence of full curtains (because they normally wouldn’t be needed to be fair) I couldn’t make it darker. The shower was generally excellent with good pressure and plenty of hot water but a few times it just suddenly shut off and made a sort of shuddering sound and was reduced to a trickle which was frustrating and I couldn’t seem to figure out why it did this. The breakfast was also very good but sometimes was quite busy so I had to wait for a table as it’s not a particularly large restaurant area. Overall 4/5 I think is fair for this hotel."

"Clean room and good selection of breakfast foods, except the coffee in the coffee machine. Comfortable bed. Very small room. Neighbourhood is not nice until you get off the Main Street."

"Good value for money and easy walking distance to metro, buses and trams if required. Didn’t use breakfast facility but was around €15. Reception staff very efficient and helpful."

"It was very nice to stay this hotel. Everything was good. Especially it was very good can reach The New York Cafe with a small fee without waiting directly from the hotel. Just wifi can be better"

"We arrived late. This is in a very busy area of Pest and so it all looked rather dirty and creepy at night. At check in we were asked to give email address. Expedia does not show my email address and I haven’t needed to give it before. The night lady said to send me a receipt. I showed her my receipt. She got angry, stood, got our keys, threw them on the lower desk in front of us. She took us to a room off of the office to the street side of the building. We watched three other parties get taken to the courtyard side of the property. We felt the night lady was doing this because I angered her. The bathroom was clean. The floors were a colour that could hide dirt. The sheets were very thin, pulled and had dark lint on them. The pillows were old and the filling had broken down into chunks with dark shadows. The blankets were very thin, so my husband asked for other blankets which he received with even less grace than before. Curtains were not black out and there were bright lights outside the window. Both layers of windows could not block the noisy, busy streets. About 6 times emergency sirens went by before we went to sleep. Next morning after seeing our check in review the morning lady offered us a different room but we had already decided to leave. The morning office staff were friendly, kind and accommodating almost making up for the night lady, but nothing can change that room. If you stay here, arrive during the day (it also looks better) and avoid the office at night."
