Great hotel, location is great to explore Budapest, facilities are amazing, spa is a must, if you can get concert tickets for onsite theatre that would be great. A small comment about steam room which was broken for our 4 days stay, and a small comment about cleaning in rooms that needs to improve. I would still go again there.

Amazing views of the Danube, great service and very clean. Lovely room, good size and high quality furnishings. Mini fridge with room for few of own items. Huge safe. Hotel sits in a very good location for everything you'll want to see and do in Budapest. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Food in restaurant very good. The hotel is very well designed, with some lovely little subtle aspects of detail. Guy working behind the bar with a cool waxed moustache really knew how to mix a mean cocktail. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends in the future if they go to this fabulous city.

Very nice hotel occupying one of Sisi's former palaces in Budapest. Located on the doorstep of the city's most beautiful building, the parliament, it is close to anywhere you want to be. Breakfast is served in a grand former ballroom and is quite good, if somewhat on the expensive side.
We were seriously impressed by the staff, who were all super-friendly, helpful and efficient.

Only wish they offered food beyond breakfast and coffee machine throught the day in the lobby/table areas.
