"I was upgraded to a suite, which was a stunning room, with large windows overlooking the street and high ceilings. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom had excellent water pressure. I appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the complimentary small bottles of water, chocolates at night and the next day's weather written out on a card."

"In a very cold week (-4C) we had always a very warm room, always clean and spacious. It was truly an apartment looking into one of the city arteries. There was not noise and all the systems were in perfect order (wi-fi, Netflix connection etc). The lobby was always attended and properly catered to reach any place in the city. Our location was better than excellent."
