"A great stay. It would have been a 5 star review expect the water pressure in our shower was very low. The beds were also exceptionally firm - I like a firm mattress but this was another level that left our hips and shoulders hurting after a night of sleep. Great location though, lovely staff, beautiful lobby and a nice stay. "

"The shower was broken. I told the concierge on the first day, and after 4 nights there it was still not fixed. It floods past my ankles and sprayed everywhere and the shower head kept falling. Additionally, my water bottles were not replaced daily (even after leaving a note asking the cleaning person). I had to ask multiple times for more toiletries. Very clean though and beautiful property. Just a little "grey gardens-y""

"I rented a studio unit and it didn’t disappoint. Very roomy and clean. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The hotel is located next to New York Cafe, and you can access it from the hotel. The metro stop is on the same block as the hotel, making commuting extra easy. I highly recommend it. "
