"Really enjoyed my stay. The check-in process was a bit of a challenge. Used the kiosk which worked & gave me my keys, but there was no information about the hotel, property, or amenities given. Had to go down to front desk later that night as my phone was not operational in the room. Other than that, really beautiful facility with everything you need."

"Wonderful Stay — Comfortable Rooms, Great Location, and Excellent Staff! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jonathan Creek Inn! Everything about this property exceeded our expectations, from the comfortable accommodations to the beautiful location and friendly, welcoming staff. Our room was fantastic and had everything we could ask for. The cozy fireplace, relaxing Jacuzzi tub, outdoor rocking chair, refrigerator, and coffee maker made it feel like a little mountain retreat rather than just another hotel room. My companion especially loved the thoughtful amenities and comfortable atmosphere. The location was ideal for exploring the surrounding Smoky Mountains, and it was wonderful having such an inviting place to return to after a day of sightseeing and outdoor adventures. The property was well maintained, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff couldn’t have been more pleasant. It’s obvious that pride is taken in providing guests with an enjoyable experience. Bottom line: An outstanding combination of comfort, hospitality, amenities, and location. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend Jonathan Creek Inn to anyone visiting the area. Five stars all around!"

"Place had 8.2 star which was a little high in my opinion for the type of place. There was a lot of “junk” around the front office that appeared renovations maybe were being done. The room was clean but definitely could use updating. Had to turn heater on and the smell was horrible. Could hear everything going on upstairs most of the night. There was a lot of young people hanging around outside a good bit of the evening. The staff was very pleasant checking in. Not sure I would stay there again though."
