The staff were friendly and helpful. The apartment had all we needed. It’s a shame we were only there for 1 night, as we didn’t really get to use all of the features - we didn’t even turn on the tv! We would stay there again.

Very good size accommodation for families, lots of common space and has a balcony too. 5 mins walk to the University of Sydney - highly recommend this property if you want to stay close to the university for a visit. 2 mins walk to a bus station where you can get to Circular Quay. Reception staff are very friendly and patient to help us with directions. We enjoyed our stay.

Nice apartments located pretty close to Sydney airport. If you're planning to check-in late, I'd recommend getting your key code and instructions beforehand. Paid parking is available, but free street parking is also an option if you only plan on staying from late night till 6 AM.

Lack of service

Room itself was great size for our family and clean. Room maintenance basically non existent, requiring us to contact the reception to request room cleaning, or additional items that were not replaced. Noise of music from gym was bad each morning from 6am, not good after recovering post surgery. We had road frontage, so street lighting was a factor as there were no blinds in the living areas. When we complained about the room maintenance, we were told they don't do daily services, yet all emails before staying mentioned it would be done daily, with full service for stays over 5 days, we stayed 6. They call themselves serviced apartments.... told us they would do better next time if we booked directly with them rather than through hotels.com. i just did a price match on a second stay, it is cheaper to book through hotels.com. So, room is good, but dont expect them to clean much or replace much, they make you work for it.

Great stay... but could use more towels.

Room was great, plenty of space and very useful. Only complaint... needed a few more towels. There were plenty of shower towels, but no hand towels or wash rags. Made things a little difficult, but manageable. Overall the stay was great, we would definitely do it again!
