We’re so glad we booked the Novotel for our short stay in Sydney. The automated check-in and.check-out process was easy and quick. The breakfast each morning was wonderful! And every staff member we interacted with went above and beyond to answer questions or provide service. It was also in a great location and within walking distance to the cruise terminal.
