The staff were helpful when we requested a second key card for the room. The room was a good size and the King bed that we was very spacious and comfortable. The room was spotless and there was ample space for clothes, food and it even had a desk and chair. Nice clean and attractive bathroom too. The lift was aalso a great improvement since the last time we came. This is the third time we have stayed here and we will definitely stay here again. Great location and Highly recommended.

The location of this hotel is great, especially being right next to the train station, which makes getting around very convenient. However, there were several major issues that really affected our stay. First, the “free parking” is quite misleading. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was the parking, but they lock the parking area from 3am to 10am. If you need to leave during those hours, you’re forced to park on the street instead. Luckily, there was free street parking nearby, but this should be clearly communicated. Second, the bathroom design is very poor. There is no door separating the toilet area, and when you take a shower, water spreads into the toilet space. It’s very inconvenient and messy. Third, there is no proper reception. You have to go through the pub/bar area to check in and ask for assistance, which feels uncomfortable and unprofessional. Because of this setup, we didn’t even feel comfortable reporting that one of our room lamps was broken. Overall, while the location is good, the experience was disappointing. I would not choose to stay here again.

The room was newly set up, clean, and quiet even though it was located above a sports bar. The carpet looked brand new and smelled fresh. During our three-night stay, we received excellent room service, with fresh towels provided every day. Overall, it’s an excellent place to stay and especially for couples. Last but not least, the staff’s instructions were clear, and they were very friendly.

The room was tiny but clean and quiet . The bed was comfortable. The staff were polite and helpful. It was not possible to eat in the hotel because of the stink of cigarette smoke coming from the gaming room and the verandah.The lift was out of order for most of our stay.

VERY quiet room considering it’s over a pub so good soundproofing with the exception of some random banging every night the 4 nights I stayed there but not loud enough to keep you awake and not all night. Comfortable room, comfortable bed, pretty clean (but I’m a cleaner and def wasn’t to a great standard) super convenient next to the train station, Woolies and places to eat close by. Staff were ok on check in. Would def stay again.
