"Nice, clean hotel with friendly staff. The only issue we encountered was with the ironing board. It was not in good condition and kept collapsing when any pressure was applied to the board. Reported to Santiago upon check out. Also, Santiago was very nice and pleasant during the check-in process. "

"This hotel was absolutely beautiful. Everything was a 10 out of 10. The only thing that I could possibly say for improvement is maybe an update the wall colors in the room which is not that important. Also parking was $10 a day. I’m not a fan of being charged parking. I think all hotels should be free parking but other than that this hotel was absolutely perfect. The hotel staff was extremely friendly. It was so clean and smelled so good every time I came inside. The pool was nice, and the hotel is in the perfect location."

"Kate at the front desk was very helpful. Our daughter was staying in one of your rooms for a conference. Coincidentally this is the hotel we booked one extra night in so the kids could fly out on Monday. Cate allowed our daughter to stay in the room, she was already in and our two older boys who were Staying at a different hotel for the same event we able to just move into her room for the night so they could all be together and they didn’t have to change rooms."
