"Great location for my purpose but expensive for what it is. I paid close to $400 and the bathroom needs work and everything is a bit tired albeit clean. Reception closes at 3 and bar at 2.30pm. Nice old building but why is Sydney so expensive? "

"Great value for the money. The property is set up with private suites and shared kitchen and laundry. There is a restaurant onsite. Location is great. Next to the shopping mall and lots of coffee shops. About 20 minutes walk from Bondi Beach. We took a bus from the airport. Did not use the shuttle."

"Front desk staff was excellent. Location, just a short walk to the beach, was great. Rooms were very clean, though we found the consistency of the room maintenance was hit or miss (I.e. towels not always changed out, didn’t always leave face cloths, or would leave just one instead of two, didn’t vacuum the room regularly)."
