Special thanks to the receptionists Martina for accommodating me to check in early as soon as the room was available , and also to Mac who let me use the warm lobby for few hours after checked out before my late flight . Both have great customer service . Will definitely come back and book this hotel again probably in summer . "

"Very convenient for the train station and central Lausanne, this hotel provided a large, comfortable, clean room with a fantastic view of the lake and mountains from the balcony. Breakfast was very good and plentyful. There was a coffee machine in the room. Some might find the decor and bathroom a little dated but we loved the grace and elegance of the room, which had a desk, 2 chairs and a sofa, as well as a fridge. The staff were polite and helpful allowing us to store baggage and check in early. "
