A luxury appointed boutique hotel with sophisticate modern style and furnishing. The beds and bathroom were excellent but the superior room was quite small. There was a free minibar with water, beer and fizzy drinks but for coffee one had to go down to the reception. We were warmly greeted by the Chateau staff who were extremely pleasant and courteous. The history and charm of the Chateau could quickly be felt upon arrival and did not disappoint for the rest of our stay! The grounds were well manicured and blooming beautifully at this time of the year. I highly recommend a romantic weekend getaway for two using the spa facilities if ever in the area!

I enjoyed a perfect stay from check in to check out Super quiet and comfortable room Very friendly and smartly presented staff All hotel very clean and tidy

A beautiful hotel in a great setting - totally peaceful and just perfect for a relaxing break.

The hotel is located in the city centre and within easy walk of the main railway station. The room was well equipped and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was plentiful. I also liked the coffee and tea station on the 4th floor where you could make free coffees and teas. The staff were very helpful and professional. The only very minor comment I would make is that the hand towels in the bathroom were very small.

The staff are excellent. Very friendly and helpful.

The property's historical significance was evident, creating a captivating atmosphere. The staff members were friendly and accommodating, ensuring that our experience was delightful. We appreciated their assistance in finding a great restaurant and their insightful recommendations for exploring the city. They also provided us with a complimentary travel ticket for the town, making our sightseeing very nice and easy.
